Are you also tired of wasting your precious money and time on purchasing and using various hair products like expensive shampoo, serum or hair oil, etc.,. ?

Hair loss can be caused due to lack of nutrients in the body, chemical reactions, pollution, improper hair care, genetic disorder, hormonal imbalance or some medical issues.

In most of the cases, the lost hair can be regrown and even the density of hair can be increased if the treatment for increasing hair volume is done properly.

The lots of advertisements of hair products on social media has diverted the attention of the people suffering from thinning of hair towards expensive and branded hair care products.

Whereas, thinning of hair can be cured naturally in low budget without any side effects.

To end the problem of thinning of hair, I've brought some authentic solutions for millions of people. These amazing solutions have stood the test of the time and are a natural method to increase the density of gaur as well as regrow new hairs.

1. Scalp Massage with Coconut Oil

Massaging the scalp regularly with pure coconut oil is one of the best remedies to increase the density of the hair. It contains fatty acids and vitamins which facilitates hair growth and strengthens the roots of the hair. It also prevents the scalp from several infections. Coconut oil contains Vitamin E which improves the blood circulation in the scalp and helps in regrowing new hairs.

Method of application :-

Apply coconut oil on your scalp and gently massage it with your fingertips for 6-8 minutes . Repeat this process at least thrice a week.

2. Wash your hair naturally

Instead of using shampoo with harmful chemicals, use the natural products for washing your hair.

  • Multani Mitti is a natural clay powder which has been used to wash hair since ancient times. It removes the dust particles naturally and cleanses the scalp and hair perfectly. There's no need to apply conditioner after washing your hair with Multani Mitti as it has the natural property to smoothen the hair.

Method of application :-

Prepare a mixture of Multani Mitti and water in a bowl. If you have dry hair, add a bit of coconut oil in the mixture. Keep the consistency of the mixture medium. Do not leave any lumps in the mixture. Apply it on your scalp and the length of your hair. Massage it gently on your scalp for 4-5 minutes and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Now, rinse it off with water.

  • Amla, Reetha and Shikakai act as a miracle for hair. It has the property to thicken the hair, strengthen the hair roots, fight dandruff, remove hair lice and smoothen the hairs naturally.

Method of application :-

Soak a few dried amla, dried shikakai pods and reetha in water overnight. Boil the water the next morning to soften the pods. When the water gets cool, mash and strain the liquid. This liquid can be used to wash the hair.

3. Use Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E which helps in strengthening hair and prevents its thinning.

Method of application :-

Extract the aloe vera gel from the leaf of an aloe vera with the help of a knife and apply it over your scalp. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off with water. Repeat this process twice a week.

4. Eat Healthy

Healthy hair is also a reflection of your healthy body. Adequate amount of vitamins and minerals in the body promotes hair growth. It's extremely important to have a rich diet in order to improve the volume of the hair.

Iron, Omega-3 fatty acids, Fat-soluble vitamins, B-complex vitamins and Lean proteins are the essential vitamins and nutrients which help in hair growth. Food which contains these nutrients and vitamins must be included in your diet for the treatment of your hair.

Try to include Spinach, Eggs, Fish, Soybeans, Leafy Green Vegetables, Citrus Fruits, Whole Grains, Nuts, Carrots, Avocado, Chia seeds, Chickpeas, Beans, Peas, Lentils, Pumpkin seeds and Papaya in your diet.

5.Hot towel therapy

Hot towel therapy helps in opening up the hair follicles which makes the scalp absorb hair oil deeply and promote hair growth.

Method to use :-

Take coconut oil, castor oil and almond oil in equal proportion in a container and mix it well. Add 1 tablet of Vitamin E to the mixture and mix it again. Dip your towel in hot water and take it out. Now, apply the oil in your scalp and in the hair lengths and wrap your hair using the hot towel. Keep it wrapped for 30-35 minutes and then rinse it off with water and wash your hair with a natural alternative to shampoo.

6. Exercise regularly

One of the common causes for hair loss is stress. It's difficult to remain stress free in this chaotic world but it's not impossible. Exercising or practising yoga regularly helps in reducing stress. This may prevent hair loss. Exercising also increases blood circulation in the complete body which promotes hair growth.

Conclusion

These natural remedies are the panacea for increasing hair volume and strengthening it. These natural remedies are far better than chemical hair products which are of no use and damage the hair.

By following these few hair care treatments and making a bit of change in your lifestyle, your hair will regrow even more densely and the results will be seen within a few months.
